We have now used our wood burning stove several times in recent weeks now that the winter weather has arrived. This is the first time since the summer, when Chimney Scotland carried out remedial works to the original installation by others.

We never took the opportunity to thank you properly for the work you did for us and would like to do that now.

I am extremely grateful to you for taking the time to review my chimney situation and share your expert opinion on the matter. It's been a truly dreadful year but it's reassuring to know that there are still some kind souls like yourself in the world.
